History of Nomad | Organization Overview

Nomad International is a NGO that aims to contribute to the growth and development of global society through educational support and international exchange. We believe that education is one of the basic requirements for an independent society and hence the key to solving many problems the world faces today.

We make all possible effort to work with the local community in order to improve their educational conditions. We also cooperate with other people and institutions that are looking for new ways and possibilities to reform the educational environment. While interacting with different members of the international community, we would like to build a global network through which people can discuss and cooperate with each other in order to find effective solutions for problems in the field of education.

There are still many children in various parts of the world who, contrary to their wishes, do not receive sufficient education. We, therefore, think that the improvement of the educational environment is one of the most necessary of undertakings, one which we as citizens can and should take up. How can we help children who would like to read but do not have books, who would like to go to school but do not have the money to do so, who would like to study but do not live in an area with educational facilities? In what way can we help to solve these problems? These are the questions we are trying to answer.

In parts of the world where the educational standards are lacking, we are trying, in cooperation with the local people, to improve their educational environment through support and exchange. Our activities are made possible by individuals, companies, and organizations that are committed to the same goals as we are and who support us morally and financially.

We named our organization Nomad, because we believe that there will be a time when people will overcome the concept of countries and nations, and unrestrained movements and close interactions will be possible all over the world.
